We base our decisions and response to life situations on subscribing to these systems.
1. In your own words describe ethical relativism.
2. what is moral nihilism?
3. According to the case study we read this week do we have the right or obligation to tell the family this pratice is not done in the United States. Are we imposing our culture on the family or should we report it to the police as child abuse? what would you do?
4. Doctors perform circumcision as requested by patients for a vriety of reasons. In the second part of the case study where the family is requesting a scarification procedure should the doctors perform this procedure? Is it the same as performing a circumcision?
