Step 3: Problem Diagnosis Determine the main/central cause of the problem(s) identified in Step 2. These causes may not necessarily be limited to a single problem, but could involve attitudes, organizational structure, limited resources, management indecision, etc.
Step 4: Intervention Propose an Organizational Development intervention. Be specific with what your intervention will accomplish, what you expect from the sponsor and participants, and what your role will be.
Step 5: Outline/Agenda Include an outline of the intervention(s), including the timeline and/or agenda.
