Pham’s is an 18 years old female, with healthy personal history, LMP was normal about a week ago; started with acute urinating trouble 2 days ago, she complain about has to go to the bathroom constantly. Symptom are accompanying by urination urgency, urinary frequency, dysuria, hematuria and suprapubic pain. She denies fever, vomiting, back pain, vaginal discharge and pain with sexual intercourse. She is sexually active with a new partner; sometimes she is using condom as contraception method during intercourse but no all the time. She was diagnosed with a
cystitis and chlamydia. Patient’s improved all the symptoms with the
pharmacological treatment (antibiotic: azithromycin and nitrofurantoin)
indicated by the doctor. Ms. Pham’s was educated regarding all the measured that
she has to take to avoid recurrence cystitis.
