History of HTN, takes Hydrochlorothiazide, and works as a floor installer.

Aspiration of synovial fluid:
Monosodium urate (MSU) crystals positive

Uric Acid 8 3.5 and 7.2 mg/dL
ESR 65 0-15 mm/hr
