What ideas or advice did you gain from this event on how to get started in the industry?	Everybody has to start from entry level IT support jobs before getting success in the IT industry as per speaker. In order to truly understand the IT industry, we have to look on the other side as well like project management, software development, consumer, sponsors, deployment and so on. Not only learning but also implementing the skillset in the right area is very important to succeed in the industry. Recommending simple enough to other people and problem solving helps to keep ahead while working.
What do you feel was the key ‘Takeaway’ point of the speaker’s presentation?	The speaker said that many technologists struggle when communication where they were not able to share ideas the way they want to other people. Start with small projects leverage team efforts with good leadership and later on automate the process which increases the productivity and efficiency of the project and the company will flourish along with the employees. Automation helps to reduce the number of manpower and redeploy them into other parts of the project. This helps in quicker and faster outcome.

What new ideas did you gain that added to your understanding of the ACS and its role within the ICT industry?	1. Revenue department and flights are most vulnerable areas to breach in compared to other areas. During tax time and budget allocation people are vulnerable to attacks whereas people using flights to travel frequently are highly vulnerable. This can be avoided using the Artificial intelligence (AI) to study the algorithm of data about people. People are not vulnerable due to data being used rather using incomplete information. Experimenting in such areas consent is very important. 2. Validating the process is equally important whether the project is succeeding or not. In order to innovate new technologies many factors come into play both from researchers and company. Many organizations are moving to cloud instead of storing data traditionally. Many things take place in between where a lot of skillset and manpower are needed to pull off such larger projects.
How was the event topic relevant to your internship or future work?	People are preferring hybrid work lifestyle as the technology is moving to cloud. Covid-19 has made people to transfer their working behavior in such short amount of time and many new innovations took place in that time period. So, learning to work in hybrid environment is new for every fresh IT graduate or professional. In terms of technology, Australia is innovating and moving along with the world and government support is essential to maintain the standard of IT industry.
