Assignment Task
Introduction
The Final Project has three milestones:
- Milestone 1: A PowerPoint presentation reviewing an HBR Digital Article. Submit your presentation in Module 8 .
- Milestone 2: Extend research on the theme(s) of your Harvard Digital Article to validate or disprove the concept(s) with data from the real world. Post your PowerPoint presentation in Module 8
Milestone 1 Instructions
You can select any one of the topics from the journal Master Schedule.
Instructions on how to access the articles:
Use the Business Library database Business Source Complete.
Step 1. Log in to the GGU Platform
Step 2. In the libraries please click on the ‘Business source complete’ Library.
Step 3. Once you are directed on the platform please enter in the first check box, the article name that has been allotted to you and leave the next two check boxes blank. You should be able to load the case studies related to the article assigned to you.
Presentation Instructions:
- Prepare a 9 -12 slide annotated* PowerPoint presentation on the article you have chosen. Include the following slides in the presentation:
Milestone 2 Instructions
The second milestone for the Final Project is additional research that will attempt to validate or disprove the concepts presented in the HBR Digital Article you chose for Milestone 1. A key to your success will be the thoroughness you applied to understand and document the original article.
- Your final presentation should be in the form of a new PowerPoint presentation with video that restates the premise of the HBR article and then reports on what you found in the business literature to validate or disprove it. At the very least, your response should indicate how businesses differed from the approach given in the HBR article.
