1) Lack of training and development system.( as it is expected that all the engineers should have the required skill set to work)
2) No concept of diversity and inclusion in the organization
3) No structured performance appraisal system.
Recommend from your end 2 practical and innovative means (Action Plan) for each of these 3 challenges, which you think will help resolve the matter by way of a win-win situation from both the organization perspective and also the employee perspective.
Also, provide Metrics (minimum 2 for each challenge) to measure and track progress on implementation of the Action Plan.
