Write a 5-7 page paper outlining your plan for bringing about the change you identified in Part 1 of this assignment in Week One. Use the change theory you listed in Part 1 as the overall outline for your paper. Make sure you fully adapt your plan to your chosen theory, clearly identifying all of the steps of the chosen theory within your plan. Your paper must include at least five (5) academic references and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the change theory you have selected.

Step Eight: Make Change Stick
My plan is that every grade at my school should have two literacy teachers. One teacher should focus on Reading and the other should focus on Grammar and Writing.
Shared Reading 20 minutes , Writing 20 minutes and Foundational Skills 20 minutes. The others should be 10 minutes separately. Which would combine the Reading block to be 90 minutes.
