Implementation/Intervention Strategies Paper
Students will write a paper that applies the tasks of Implementation from the Generalist Intervention Model. This assignment will require you to discuss relevant intervention strategies to the case vignette used for your video role play project. This paper is worth 10% of final grade.
Case Formulation:
– brief review/description of the presenting problems that were assessed for
– discuss the plan and goals that have been developed with the client
Intervention Strategies:
- Generalist Intervention Model Tasks:
- How will you follow the plan on a micro, mezzo, and macro level?
- How will you monitor the client’s progress?
- Depending on client progress, how can you revise the plan using theory and evidence informed practice?
- Include research on evidenced based practices and apply to the case
Writing Guidelines:
Minimum 3 to 4 pages (excluding the title page)
APA, spelling, grammar and punctuation are integrated
2 Scholarly Journal articles, AND Textbook cited within the paper
