Potential areas of focus include, but are not limited to, mental health and well-being, civic engagement, community cohesion, educational enrichment, or workplace culture.
You recall that, in the past, the most successful initiatives reflected both creative innovation and practical viability, which demonstrated long-term impact.
Instructions
Use the template below to create a grant proposal which proposes an initiative to integrate music, poetry, prose, or visual art into everyday environments (education, workplace, healthcare, public spaces, etc.). You may use any location.
1. Cover Page
· Include the project title.
· Provide the name of your organization (real or fictional).
· List your contact information.
· State the date of submission.
· Identify the name of the funder (if applicable).
2. Executive Summary (2- 3 paragraphs)
A concise overview of your project:
· Summarize what you propose.
· Describe who the artists involved are.
· Explain who benefits from the project and why it matters.
· Outline the budget and how the funding will be used.
Submission Requirement
· Submit a Microsoft Word document.
· You may use resources from the Rasmussen Library. Be attentive to spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Use APA format for proper citation.
