The module also focuses on understanding the behaviour of the employees working in the organization.

It highlights the significance of challenges and opportunities of OB, perception, attribution, learning, organizational change, organizational culture, motivation, leadership, and conflict management.

  1. Identify which organisation you are basing your assignment on and explain a transformational change scenario it is facing.
