Verify code in the Tabular List and provide the final diagnosis with its description

Step 3: Pick one (1) Chapter-specific guideline from the chapter your diagnosis code is located in and explain the guideline (using your own words)
Use the following as an example:
E11.9 is found in Chapter 4 Endocrine, Nutritional and Metabolic Disease
C.4.3 Diabetes mellitus and the use of insulin and oral hypoglycemias – this guideline explains that a coder should assign a code from category Z79 to identify the long-term (current) use of insulin or other oral hypoglycemic drugs. The guideline also explains that code Z79.4 should not be used if the use of insulin is given temporarily.
