As the clinical analyst for the hospital, it is your responsibility to ensure that all of the collected and submitted data meets criteria to maintain the covenant status. The Board of Directors asked The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to give an update on the hospital’s Magnet status and redesignation efforts.
