Hughes et al. (2022) textbook covers the various skills leaders need to develop to be effective. Each student will choose a Leadership Skill that he or she would like to improve. Write a 4-6 page report (less than 4 pages will not be accepted). Page count does not include Title Page and Reference Page.

The following sections are required for the paper:

·        Introduction

·        Leadership Skill

·        Rationale for Chosen Skill

·        Plans and Expectations to Implement Skill

·        Conclusion

 A minimum of 4 current (2018 to present) scholarly references should be included to indicate the research. This assignment will be worth 30 points of your grade. You must utilize the mandatory attached template.
