For this assignment, you will find one article pertaining to a change that is occurring today in the traditional food culture of a particular country. You must choose a food culture outside of the U.S with which you are unfamiliar. Your presentation should summarize the article and discuss the internal and external pressures that are changing the food custom/culture and your conclusions. Your presentation should be 3 minutes in length (+/- 30 seconds). Sources must be cited in APA format in both a list at the end of the project and in the body of the project with permalinks. Length of Presentation: Your presentation should be 3 min +/- 30 seconds maximum as classmates will be required to view two different presentations and should include at least 5 slides. Suggested slides would include an overview, internal pressures, external pressures, conclusions, and references/sources. Make sure you use appropriate headings for your presentation. You should record the presentation using any media that allows you to share your screen and your slides and that is compatible with Canvas uploads.
