Before you embark on an understanding of Human Rights in this course, let’s identify what ‘Human Rights’ means to you. What does the term ‘human rights’ mean to you? Why is understanding human rights important to you? Have you encountered any situation in which your human rights have been violated? Or, have you witnessed an instance where someone’s human rights have been violated?
Although this is a type of personal reflection paper, it is not a simple opinion blurb. Reflection is a method of personal engagement with the issue and critical thinking about the issue is important. The paper should be well written academically.
