For your individual report, your task is to follow the steps of evidence-based management (that you used in the group presentation assessment) to identify, evaluate, and synthesize relevant evidence. You are required to choose an organization and identify an existing people management problem or challenge that the organization is currently facing and make appropriate recommendations for their people management strategy:
(1) provide an assessment of (a) the people management problem(s); (b) the effect the people management problem(s) is(are) likely to have on the organization and its employees.
(2) develop at least three recommendations for the organisation’s people management strategy that will address the problem, drawing on relevant theory and practice.
