How Unilever’s digital recruitment works:
• Digital channels are used to reach out to candidates
• Digital application form on the website
• During application, info can be collected from LinkedIn’s candidate profile
• Online profile assessment: 12 online games assessing cognitive, emotional
and social traits (with immediate feedback)
• Digital Interview via mobile devise and asynchronous
• Video analysis and AI are used by recruiters to assess interview
• To prepare for the f2f discover centre the candidate receives: a digital pack to
help prepare + an online call with a recruiter + access to the Foundry idea
platform to meet other candidates

• Duration of the hiring process reduced from 4+ months to 2 weeks
• More diversity in the set of candidates
• Reduction of 50k hours of candidate time
