You are required to complete all sections of the Activities in Living Patient Care Module Brief. These are detailed below:

Part One- Structured Report: You are required to submit a written report of approximately 2,000 words on the care of a client with a sensory deprivation Or behavior that challenges. Ideally, the topics you choose to discuss should be relevant to your chosen field of study and can be used to answer each question in the assignment brief. Your work should show evidence of relevant reading around each topic. Your work must be clearly referenced and include a

Part Two (A) – Written Skills Demonstrations: You are requested to answer all questions in this section by demonstrating your knowledge of a range of practical skills demonstrations

Part Two (B): Competency Schedule: At the end of the Learner’s period of work placement the Workplace Competence Schedule must be completed, signed, and stamped by the Skills Coach/Company Owner/Manager/ Supervisor. It is the responsibility of the Learner to return the completed document to Chevron Training The QQI Certificate will not be issued to Learners who fail to return the completed document.
