Introduction:
Develop a hypothetical human resources department of your choosing. You can create a new company or one that already exists with the only requirement being the organization operates internationally.
Tasks:
Describe the company you have chosen.
Describe your HR department’s makeup and structure.
Evaluate the HR department’s placement within the organization.
Develop a mission statement that includes the administrative and operational role of the HR department.
