You have to select the latest annual report of any one of listed company in Malaysia. Kindly analyse and discuss the followings:

a) Choose any three (3) accounting standards that you have learned in the class and discuss briefly about those standards regarding their recognition, measurement, derecognition (if any), presentation & disclosure. You can support your answers with some analysis about these issues.

b) Briefly discuss and evaluate the company’s financial performance, financial position, cash flows position and movements and make some conclusions from your analysis .

c) Make short conclusion and recommendation about company’s financial affairs and either worthwhile to buy, hold or sell your shares in this company. Prepare a report of not more than 30 pages and kindly attached the annual report (relevant sections only) for my reference and perusal.
