This case study must be at least five pages (full pages) of narrative and include an introduction and conclusion. The requirement is to analyze the response to a critical incident. Pay special attention to the issues of leadership, communications, and organization. Be sure to include a title page and reference/citation page.
Do not include an abstract or table of contents and examine issues only in the United States. All references throughout this course are United States only.
