1.) Summarize, in at least 2 paragraphs the law or policy you are interested in analyzing. Make sure to define the law/policy and discuss how it is used and the issues surrounding it. Be sure to cite your sources in APA style and include at least 5 sources (e.g. law reviews, case law, federal statutes, government reports) (3 points).
2.) Summarize in at least 3 paragraphs, the psychological literature relevant to this law. Be sure to cite your sources in APA style and include at least 10 empirical-peer reviewed sources to show that you have carefully read the literature. These 10 sources should not overlap with the 5 above. (4 points)
3.) Describe in 1-2 paragraphs what you think you want to suggest for recommendations, make sure to cite relevant research that backs up your recommendation (these can overlap with the 15 above sources). If you haven’t found research yet, describe to me how you are going to look for it. (3 points)
